KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Sabah requires a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within a hospital unit, aligning with nursing services standards and policies. You will participate in rounds, follow doctors’ orders, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.

You will engage with patients and families, contribute to health education, and support unit activities while maintaining accurate records and efficient bed management in a busy hospital

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Possess certifications in PALS.
• Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care adhering to hospital policies and nursing services principles.
• Perform shift duties as assigned to ensure high-quality care.
• Obtain and hand over patient progress reports and ensure doctor orders are followed.
• Visit patients in the unit with team members to assess conditions and re-plan nursing care.
• Conduct nursing rounds and assist in procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with the care team to communicate with patients and families and ensure satisfaction.
