Job summary

Intuitive in Malaysia is establishing a new site and seeks a Sr. Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across manufacturing, operations, corporate functions and leadership roles.

The role starts fully onsite and will transition to hybrid as the location becomes operational, with international and domestic travel up to 25%. You will partner with business leaders, HR and finance to build talent pipelines, implement proactive sourcing, and ensure a compliant, efficient recruiting process across

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of end to end recruiting experience in Malaysia, including mid to senior/executive roles and manufacturing positions.
• Experience with full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing openings.
• Good working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, data management, and MS Office Suite.
• Collaborative, continuous improvement mindset with cross-functional partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia across manufacturing, operations, corporate and senior/executive roles.
• Build talent pipelines and manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on passives.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, Finance and hiring managers to execute workforce plans.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and leverage multiple channels.
• Maintain compliant recruiting processes and accurate ATS data.
