Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Investment, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate investment, financial reporting or investment analysis.
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and data consolidation.
• Familiar with real estate investment metrics and portfolio performance tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Performance Analysis: prepare and deliver quarterly reports for decision-making and portfolio optimisation.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: respond to stakeholders' requests with consolidated performance data.
• Business Planning: assist in consolidating information for department planning and initiatives.
• Balanced Scorecard Management: support tracking and reporting of performance against objectives.
• Income & Cash Flow Tracking: monitor and report investment income and cash flow needs at dept level.
• Stakeholder Engagement: participate in meetings and site visits to understand market conditions.
• Data Management: maintain investment data systems for reporting and analytics.
