Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Private Equity professional in Kuala Lumpur to join a fast-paced investment team. You will perform due diligence, build financial models, and prepare memorandums for senior management and investment committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant investment experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; PowerPoint.
• Experience with Bloomberg is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong time management and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for committees.
• Monitor performance of existing investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Review and enhance valuation methodologies.
