Job summary

• 6–9 years of experience in application development and L3 production support.
• Hands-on React experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Digital Banking or enterprise web applications.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Digital Banking applications built on React and related frontend technologies.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
• Work with Oracle databases for application troubleshooting and data validation.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support deployment and release activities following DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular status updates.
• Work across Linux/Unix environments as required.
