Job summary

Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance professional to manage Record to Report activities at our Petaling Jaya site. You will ensure journal processing, month-end close, and reconciliations are completed on time, while maintaining compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

You will collaborate with locations and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, drive process improvements, and support audits. Hybrid work arrangements and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or Commerce; IFRS knowledge.
• MS Office, JDE (or other ERP system) knowledge.
• SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operational activities for R2R are performed in SLA timelines.
• Maintain accuracy and timely accounting entries for journal processing and closing.
• Engage with locations and teams to deliver quality performance and improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation across streams.
• Report KPIs and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Collaborate with other streams to ensure integrated processes run smoothly.
