Job summary

IQ Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior R&D Electrical & Electronics Engineer to conduct front-end feasibility studies, run engineering tests, and evaluate designs to meet project specifications and customer requirements.

The role involves applying theory, simulations, and prototypes to create innovative, manufacturable solutions and ensure high quality validation throughout the NPD process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Electronic or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years working experience in power supply, analog and digital circuit design.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skill, including soldering and use of standard test equipment such as oscilloscope and signal generator.
• Ability to work in fast-paced organization, meeting multiple deadlines and succeeding under pressure.
• Ability to plan and prioritize activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D team members in conducting front-end feasibility studies

Senior R&D Electrical & Electronics Engineer

This role involves conducting front-end feasibility R&D studies and performing engineering tests and evaluations to ensure design compliance with project specifications and customer requirements. Key responsibilities

About you
