Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in painting or coating application or related hands-on field.
- Clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English for reporting and daily communication.
- Willingness to learn; hands-on, safety-conscious attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist chemists with preparation and execution of decorative paint application tests.
- Prepare substrates, panels, samples and paint systems; apply coatings; evaluate properties and finish.
- Maintain lab and application areas, record results clearly and report test outcomes.
- Support project work by documenting and communicating results to the team.
- Assist with routine lab duties, safety protocols and material handling.
