Job summary

Sunway Property in Malaysia seeks a Senior Executive with 3–5 years in Quantity Surveying, focused on high-rise residential projects. You will support tender management, monitor costs, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

We value strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English and Malay is required, with Mandarin/Cantonese as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects or consultancy/property development.
• Strong understanding of market prices for construction works/materials.
• Familiarity with QESH Management and safety practices.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Tender Management: track tender schedules and assist in bids.
• Maintain Cost Control: monitor project costs and minimize VO/EoT.
• Ensure Accurate Contract Handling: assist in managing contracts and supplier certifications.
• Coordinate Team Efforts: liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Uphold Compliance & Safety: ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
