AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role focuses on cost management, tender preparation, and contract administration to support the delivery of high-rise construction projects.

The successful candidate will oversee Bills of Quantities, cost estimation, and financial analysis, coordinating tender documents and contract documentation for major building schemes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience with main contractors, with experience handling high-rise construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying activities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, quantity take-offs and claims preparation.
• Manage Bills of Quantities (BQ), material calculations and contract documentation.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates and financial analysis.

Our client is an established construction company seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team at the headquarters in Subang Jaya. The successful candidate will oversee cost management, tender preparation and contract administration while supporting the delivery of high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle quantity surveying activities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, quantity take-offs and claims preparation.
