Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a Senior Executive in Quantity Surveying with 3-5 years of experience, focusing on high-rise residential projects. You will support tender management, control project costs, and ensure contract compliance while fostering strong relationships with consultants, contractors and suppliers.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology, proficiency in English and Malay, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of ISO QESH/OSHE is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in consultancy firms or property development
• Experience with high-rise residential projects
• Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting tender management to meet targets and deadlines
• Monitor and control project costs to minimize VO and EoT
• Assist in managing contracts and supplier certifications for accurate final accounts
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements
