Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a Senior Executive in Quantity Surveying for Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The role focuses on tender management, cost control, and contract compliance within high-rise residential projects.

You will maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and suppliers while ensuring quality and budget adherence. Candidates should have 3-5 years of QS experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with focus on high-rise residential projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology required; diploma holders considered with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Tender Management: track tender schedules and assist in securing competitive bids.
• Maintain Cost Control: monitor project costs and minimize variation orders and extensions of time.
• Ensure Accurate Contract Handling: manage contracts and supplier certifications; ensure final accounts are completed on time.
• Coordinate Team Efforts: work with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet time, cost and quality goals.
• Uphold Compliance & Safety: ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
