KMU INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking a capable contract administrator to manage monthly progress claims, subcontractor negotiations, and cost analysis for sewerage, microtunneling and infrastructure projects in Malaysia. The role involves tender support, budgeting, reporting, and site travel to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly progress claims and final cost analysis; request CPC.
• Negotiate with subcontractors on costs; attend meetings with Project In-charge on EOT/VO related matters.
• Review bids/quotations from subcontractors and prepare award recommendations.
• Prepare interim certificates and final accounts for subcontractors; minimize disputes.
• Take-off quantities from drawings for execution or final accounts.
• Establish project budgets for P&L review and monitor updated budget.
• Prepare and monitor internal monthly reports on claims and certificates for main and subcontracts.
• Travel to sites as required to support project administration.
