Cushman & Wakefield Malaysia Sdn Bhd, PDS is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will manage cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and contract administration to ensure projects meet financial targets and quality standards.

With a strong background in construction or real estate, you will deliver accurate financial reporting, value engineering insights, and risk management across multiple projects in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• MRICS or AIQS accreditation is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction or real estate.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
• Tendering: Oversee the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and negotiation with contractors.
• Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting cost performance, forecasts, and any deviations from the budget.
• Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement without compromising on quality.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
