Cushman & Wakefield Malaysia Sdn Bhd, PDS is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control across diverse projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure projects stay within budget while upholding quality standards and efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in construction or real estate, MRICS/AIQS desirable, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS/AIQS desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of quantity surveying experience in construction or real estate.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills; proficient QS software.

Responsabilidades

• Cost Estimation: prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Budget Management: develop and manage project budgets within constraints.
• Tendering: oversee tender documents, bid evaluation, and contractor negotiations.
• Contract Administration: manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Financial Reporting: prepare reports on cost performance and forecasts.
• Value Engineering: identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Risk Management: assess and mitigate financial risks on projects.
• Compliance: ensure financial activities comply with regulations and standards.
