Cushman & Wakefield Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
MRICS/AIQS accreditation is desirable.
Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying in construction/real estate.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects (materials, labor, equipment).
Develop and manage project budgets and cost control.
Oversee tendering processes including documents, bid evaluation, and contractor negotiation.
Manage contracts including variations, claims, and disputes.
Prepare regular financial reports with cost performance and forecasts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering ideas.
Assess and mitigate financial risks on projects.
Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
