Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Senior Quantity Surveyor experience in construction.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with construction cost estimation, contracts, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
• Prepare payment certificates and process invoices.
• Provide financial guidance to project managers and stakeholders on financial matters.
• Identify and manage risks on construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
