Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years in Quality/Training operations.
• Experience in content moderation / trust & safety.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Experience in quality assurance, training delivery, calibrations, and performance improvement.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA, Training, Quality TL, and Training TL teams.
• Drive quality and training performance through coaching, feedback, and process improvements.
• Analyze data, prepare reports/decks, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and participate in calibration sessions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality frameworks, training plans, and corrective action programs.
• Support new hire learning, reduce learning curves, and improve product/process knowledge.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
