Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst/Senior Analyst in Malaysia to provide QA analysis and consultancy on complex software development projects. The role covers QA strategy, processes, and tools, with hands-on testing across unit, integration, and user acceptance phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT Engineering or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
Proficiency in English and Malay (written and spoken).
Organized, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of QA strategy, processes and tools; ability to drive software QA projects.

Responsibilities

Communicate work plans, status and issues to management.
Prioritize project requirements with project teams.
Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, including unit, integration, user, and regression testing.
Integrate QA engineering and analysis functions across software development projects.
Review projects to assess quality and recommend standards and procedures.
Test new programs/tools and document QA procedures.
