Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software testing/QA experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in .NET.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, data validation and query execution.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, QA best practices.
• Experience creating/executing test cases, scripts, and docs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in QA processes and methodologies.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on requirements.
• Analyze product, system, infrastructure, and software requirements to create detailed test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and accessibility testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects with development teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and project meetings to address quality early.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
