You will own end-to-end RTF governance, manage CIR deliverables, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent.
• Experience applying quality tools to drive continuous improvement (RCA, ISO 9000, LEAN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing customer issues and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer issue resolution and escalations through the CIR process with timely closure and strong communication.
• Own end-to-end RTF governance: TAT control, data integrity, escalation management, real-time monitoring to sustain ≥80% target performance.
• Ensure all CIR deliverables are met (initial response, containment, replacements, returns, RCA, closure).
• Drive SDC program governance and global RTF standardization via sprint execution, process alignment and NPIs readiness.
• Enable data-driven customer engagement by consolidating quality, delivery, and revenue insights for proactive issue prevention and faster decision-making.
• Collaborate with Order Fulfilment to ensure root cause analysis quality and product reliability assurances.
• Build relationships with field org and Order Fulfilment to address customer concerns proactively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and quality tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Participate in and lead customer visits, audits, and engagement events to ensure successful outcomes.
