Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a Quality Engineer to own and drive key quality initiatives across Customer Quality, NPI, Manufacturing, CM, HLA, and Continuous Improvement.

You will partner with R&D and Manufacturing to identify risks early, understand top issues, and implement lasting enhancements. Responsibilities include leading deep-dive investigations, driving action plans, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or operations.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive customer quality issue management from feedback intake to closure.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into top customer quality issues with evidence.
• Drive customer quality metric reviews and proactive improvement actions.
• Partner with R&D, Product Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Support.
• Own manufacturing quality performance by identifying defects and risks.
• Lead corrective and preventive action execution with ownership and follow-through.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to strengthen process capability.
• Own NPI quality readiness and participate in PFMEA and validation activities.
• Drive CM/HLA quality performance and preventive roadmaps with partners.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Promote a quality ownership mindset and risk management.
