Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. seeks a senior quality enablement professional to lead customer issue resolution and governance across global operations. You will drive data‑driven decisions, ensure timely CIR deliverables, and partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen customer trust.

You will coordinate with Order Fulfilment, lead improvement initiatives, and support audits and customer visits to achieve high standards of product quality and service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent, with typically 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying quality tools to drive continuous improvement, including RCA, ISO 9000 standards, LEAN, and statistical methods.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey insights clearly.
• Proven track record in managing customer issues and escalations with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels, including production engineering and service centers.
• Experience in project coordination and visits/audits with stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer issue resolution and escalations through the CIR process with timely closure and strong communication.
• Own end-to-end RTF governance, including TAT control, data integrity, escalation management, and global monitoring.
• Ensure all CIR deliverables: initial response, containment, replacements, returns, RCA, and closure.
• Drive SDC program governance and global RTF standardization via structured sprint execution and NPI readiness.
• Enable data-driven engagement by consolidating quality, delivery, and revenue insights to anticipate issues.
• Collaborate with Order Fulfilment to ensure root cause analysis quality and product reliability.
• Build strong relationships with field organization and order fulfilment teams to resolve concerns.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with LEAN tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Participate in customer visits, audits and engagement events to reinforce outcomes.
