Job summary

Keysight in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop and implement quality standards, systems and control processes that drive consistent product and operational excellence.

You will monitor performance metrics, inspect materials and processes, partner with operations to deploy effective quality controls, and lead root-cause analyses to address issues and improve overall performance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or University degree or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards, systems, and control processes to ensure consistent product and operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and industry standards.
• Partner with operations teams to implement effective quality controls and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure workflows, manufacturing processes, and products comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, performing root-cause analysis to identify underlying factors.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns and improve overall performance.
• Review technical specifications and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure products and processes consistently meet organizational, customer, and regulatory expectations.
