Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a supplier quality professional to plan and conduct supplier process audits during project development, ensuring parts meet drawing requirements. You will summarize monthly and annual QCD reports to evaluate supplier performance, focusing on quality.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to drive continual improvements and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual supplier audits and improve quality outcomes based on audit results.
• Support PPAP and documents required for mass production during development.
• Collaborate with purchasers to develop new suppliers locally and overseas.
• Handle technical information and share it with suppliers, including drawings and ECI.
• Prepare and update documents for ISO/IATF and other industry standards.
• Supervise juniors and assist management tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

To plan and conduct supplier’s process audit during project development stage and ensure better quality to meet drawing requirements.

Monthly and annual QCD report shall be summarized to evaluate supplier performance (evaluating Quality only).

To monitor and evaluate supplier quality performances and request suppliers for continual improvement. If necessary, involve relevant departments or professionals.

To conduct annual audits of suppliers and improve their quality based on the results of the annual QCD assessment.

To support PPAP and documents required for mass production during development stage.

To review parts packaging of local and imported suppliers and implement the necessary requirements of related departments.

To lead resolution of supplier quality issues involving related departments.

To collaborate with purchasers in developing new suppliers locally and overseas.

To handle technical information and share it with suppliers, including drawings and ECI.

To prepare and update necessary documents for ISO/IATF and/or other industry standards.

To handle PDAR to settle supplier’s issues, leading all related departments.

To supervise juniors in carrying out their tasks.

To assist and support management tasks.

To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or management whenever necessary.
