Job summary

WCT Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Johor-based project. The role involves preparing sub-contract tender documents, monthly progress payments, supporting site evaluation and joint measurement, and managing sub-contractor payments including variations and final accounts.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least 7 years of civil/infrastructure experience, with strong take-off and contract administrative

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Survey / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil, infrastructure or building works.
• Good in Taking-off and Contracts Administrative Works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sub-contract tender documents for procurement and evaluation, and issue Letters of Award to successful sub-contractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress payments.
• Attend site evaluation and joint measurement.
• Review, certify and check balance of sub-contractor payments; prepare variation orders and claims.
