Sinar Tenaga M&E Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior QAQC Engineer to assure quality across site activities and project execution. You will lead inspections, manage ITPs, and resolve non-conformances in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 for electrical & instrumentation installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Experience performing site inspections and submitting ITPs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 in electrical/instrumentation projects.
• Willing to be stationed at project sites Klang Valley/Nilai.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QA/QC inspections and ensure workmanship quality on site.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Test Plans and associated docs.
• Conduct joint handover inspections with clients and consultants.
• Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Handle non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Manuals and procedures.
• Identify hazards per ISO 45001 and implement mitigations.
• Promote a safe working culture on design and execution.

You will oversee inspections, documentation, and resolution of non-conformities in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards for Electrical & Instrumentation Installation. Job Description

Ensure quality assurance and control of workmanship through site and material inspections, including preparation and submission of Inspection Test Plans.

Conduct joint handover inspections with clients and manage the preparation and submission of site documentation.

Attend meetings with consultants, clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors to coordinate project activities.

Handle customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformances, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Execute project implementation in accordance with customer requirements and established ISO 9001 Quality Manuals and procedures.

Identify hazards during the design stage as per ISO 45001 and implement mitigation measures to eliminate or minimise risks.

Promote a safe working culture by preventing unsafe behaviours during project design and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; or above related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in the related field of work.

Experience with Data Center/Water Treatment Projects are advantageous.

Willing to be stationed at the project site as required. (Klang Valley/Nilai)
