PAN-INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Senior QA Manager based in Perai, Penang, to uphold quality across manufacturing operations. The role leads QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across diverse product lines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management with 8+ years in senior QA roles, strong expertise in SPC, Six Sigma and lean methods, and a proven leadership ability to elevate product quality and regulatory

• Expertise in SPC, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.

• Thorough understanding of industry regulations, standards and best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal targets.
• Lead a team of QA professionals to monitor production, analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report on quality metrics, trends and corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices.

About the role

As the Senior QA Manager at PAN-INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality within our manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Perai, Penang and will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes across our diverse product lines.

What you'll be doing
