Job summary

The candidate will drive QA strategies, design scalable automated frameworks, and collaborate with product teams to ensure high quality releases across AI-enabled software products. Strong leadership and API/mobile testing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of QA experience with a proven track record of leading testing initiatives.
• Hands-on with modern automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress); Selenium a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools (visual AI such as Applitools, AI coding assistants).
• Strong knowledge of API and web services testing using Postman; automated API test suites.
• Experience in mobile testing and device farm integration.
• Proficient with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of complex test plans and cases across projects.
• Review and approve test plans created by juniors.
• Coordinate testing activities to meet timelines and quality targets.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing including performance and security considerations.
• Identify, document, and track defects; perform root-cause analysis.
