Job summary

Neufast, a leading Enterprise SaaS provider, seeks a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist for on-site work in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will plan and execute test strategies to ensure reliability, performance, and security of our AI-driven assessment platforms.

You will review requirements, design tests, perform manual and automated testing, and collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data science teams to drive quality improvements and maintain ISO27001 controls.

Qualifications

Experience ensuring end-to-end product reliability in SaaS or AI-based systems.
Ability to design, document, and maintain clear test cases aligned with requirements.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes and communicate findings.
Hands-on experience with QA tools, frameworks, and automation.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments and ISO27001 context.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases for SaaS/AI platforms.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across PROD environments.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to identify defects.
Develop and maintain test documentation and contribute to test automation frameworks.
Support CI/CD pipelines and monitor quality metrics to drive improvements.
