Job summary

SleekFlow, an AI suite for revenue-driven conversations, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to drive quality across web applications, APIs, and AI-powered tools. You will design robust automation frameworks and shape QA practices for non-deterministic AI features.

Responsibilities include end-to-end quality ownership, AI/LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with Product, AI/LLM engineers, and software teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM-based applications (chatbots, RAG systems).
• Proven expertise with modern E2E and API testing frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Supertest, or Postman.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, microservices, and API mocking tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to automate regression and evaluation suites.
• Sharp analytical skills with attention to edge cases, data integrity, and system safety.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Ownership: review stories to design test strategies across web apps, APIs, and background services.
• AI & LLM Quality Assurance: design and run evaluation frameworks for LLM-based features.
• Automation Frameworks: build and expand automated test coverage across unit, integration, and E2E layers.
• Risk & Impact Analysis: identify edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and architectural risks before release.
• CI/CD & Environment Health: collaborate with DevOps to integrate eval suites and tests into CI/CD.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with Product, AI/LLM Engineers, and Software Engineers to embed quality early in SDLC.
