Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit).
• Strong understanding of API testing, web/mobile testing, and test plan execution.
• Hands-on experience with test plan creation, test case design, and execution.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform manual and automated testing for new and existing software systems.
• Review and enhance test plans, test cases, and scripts for full coverage of requirements.
• Validate API integrations, web platforms, and application systems using testing tools and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and report defects; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.
• Define QA metrics and KPIs; monitor trends for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and technical support in debugging deployment-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive test activity documentation and defect logs.
