Globetronics Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a quality/process engineer with a strong foundation in metrology and statistical methods. The role emphasizes RCCA analysis, APQP/PPAP understanding, and ensuring products meet environmental and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with inter departments for problem solving, reviewing 8D reports, and interfacing with customers to address quality feedback while guiding teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or Science and Technology.
• Chinese Literate required as the role need to deal with Taiwanese customers.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Wire Bond / Die Attach / FOL and EOL / PCBA / process engineering experience is required for this position.
• Experience in metrology equipment & measurement method (Mitutoyo auto measurement system, CSAM imaging, XRAY imaging).
• Able to configure Mitutoyo Auto-measurement machine program QV-X302P1LE
• Coordinating with inter department for RCCA analysis and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Review and buy off all 8D report for corrective actions and improvement.
• Participate in the Quality improvement team.
• Monitor and control conformance to specification within tolerance limits.
• Interface with Customer on feedback and complaints and coordinate with internal teams for investigations and actions.
