Phabritek Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a Quality Assurance professional to establish and maintain quality systems and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing.

You will manage process quality control, analyze issues, and lead data-driven actions. The role requires a Bachelor in science/engineering and 1+ year of experience, with proficiency in Chinese and English and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or engineering; 1+ year manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Proficient in quality tools for data analysis and issue handling (MSA/SPC/FMEA/8D/APQP).
• Fluent in Chinese and English; able to read, write, and speak.
• Strong drive to promote progress and deliver results.
• Good teamwork, communication, stress resistance and organizational skills.
• Responsible, rigorous and meticulous with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain quality systems; compile documents and records; conduct internal audits and management reviews.
• Oversee process quality control; lead corrective and preventive actions for production anomalies.
• Analyze quality issues using 5Why, fishbone, and 8D; track closed-loop effectiveness and report findings.
• Query and analyze quality data (pass/fail rates, MSA) using MES and Minitab; identify improvement directions.
• Develop quality training materials; lead QCC activities and promote quality awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
