Job summary
Mercedes-Benz Tech Malaysia (MBTMY) seeks an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and scale automated testing solutions for enterprise software across the value chain. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and security teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure high quality deliveries.
The role requires at least 6 years of software testing and hands-on UI/API automation, with Open-source tools.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience with Agile and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on UI and API test automation.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automated UI, API, integration, and regression tests.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define test strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements.
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics.
