Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to manage end-to-end purchasing, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations. You will coordinate with local and overseas suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily purchasing activities, overseeing shipments, maintaining ERP data accuracy, and building strong relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Source components from China, Taiwan, Japan, or neighboring countries at competitive prices.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Monitor daily purchasing activities, delivery planning, and packaging processes.
• Maintain stock status, purchase orders, and ERP records to ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts to ensure project delivery and SLAs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Job Description

【Summary】
Manage end-to-end purchasing, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations while coordinating with local and overseas suppliers and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Source components/parts from China, Taiwan, Japan, or any neighboring country at competitive prices and quality.
• Focus on off-road vehicle projects, such as golf buggies and three-wheelers.
• Be responsible for and monitor overall local and overseas shipping orders regularly.
• Monitor and oversee daily purchasing activities, including delivery planning, incoming and outgoing goods, and the ordering and packaging process.
• Ensure stock status for deliveries, purchase orders, and inventories, and ensure all activities are completed on time.
• Communicate regularly and maintain good business relationships with customers and prospects for repeat business and referrals.
• Liaise with all relevant departments/functions to ensure good relationships with vendors and distributors.
• Work closely with the Operations team and Accounts Department to ensure successful project delivery, service level agreements, and maintenance support.
• Monitor sales and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Ensure tracking records and inventories for monthly stock checks; coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure inventories and physical stocks are accurate and updated in the ERP system.
• Work closely with customers on new project development to ensure the ERP system and costing are up to date.
