Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (PtP), Shared Services, or a finance operations environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to change and support transformation initiatives.

• Participate in automation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen process controls.
• Contribute to project and change management activities while gaining broad exposure to Accounts Payable, PtP processes, compliance, and stakeholder management.

In this role, you will manage vendor and employee queries, perform reconciliations, monitor open items, support month-end closing activities, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
