Job summary

Starhub Ltd. is seeking a Senior Provisioning QA Engineer in Petaling Jaya to lead end-to-end QA for cloud-native platforms. You will work with developers, DevOps, product owners and ops teams to ensure reliable, secure, scalable applications and quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will design and execute tests, automate API and regression tests, and contribute to CI/CD in Jenkins, with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional QA/testing experience.
Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, API testing and defect management.
Experience testing Java, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integration flows.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

Responsibilities

Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, integration, API, system, and end-to-end test cases.
Review requirements and acceptance criteria to identify test coverage gaps.
Validate microservices, RESTful APIs, batch jobs, messaging flows, and system integrations.
Perform defect analysis, raise detailed bug reports, and support resolution and retesting.
Support release validation, production verification, and post-deployment checks.
