Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead agile delivery for core digital platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including DOs, EMs, DevOps, QA, and RPMs to ensure secure, scalable backend services powering consumer and enterprise journeys.

The role emphasizes cloud-native development cycles, CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and API ecosystems to enable secure, resilient platforms that evolve StarHub's digital footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software delivery experience, incl. 3+ years in technical project management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecture such as Kubernetes/EKS
• Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, observability tools and modern deployment strategies
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Monday.com, Splunk

Responsibilities

• Drive agile ceremonies and maintain team rhythm and cadence
• Manage backlog hygiene with well-defined, estimated, prioritized stories
• Plan phased delivery and ensure release readiness (Blue/Green, canary, feature flags)
• Track delivery health using velocity, throughput, and scope stability
• Identify blockers and risks early and report to stakeholders
• Contribute to governance, templates, and documentation across domains
