Job summary

Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive/Executive, Property Management (Contract) to oversee daily operations and manage staff and service contractors within the development.

The role focuses on monitoring facilities, safety, and activity flow; addressing issues and implementing efficiency improvements; and promoting resident services and events. Strong bilingual communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge in other languages and dialects are an added advantage.
• Knowledge in building by-laws, building and maintenance act and strata title act.
• Technical knowledge or estate management skills will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in landed and high-rise development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and multi-task.
• Highly motivated, initiative and ability to work independently
• Demonstrates team spirit

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations flow by managing operational staff and service contractors in the development.
• Monitor provisions of works, facilities conditions, safety aspects and activities flow within the development.
• Address daily operational obstacles and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Promote facilities services and scheduled events to the residents.
• Assist Residents in providing customer services and liaise with relevant parties to enhance service performance.
• Attend to Residents' complaints and queries and provide assistance at all times.
• Liaise with defect team and contractors to complete defect works at common areas on time to residents' satisfaction.
• Monitor defect status and document all correspondence in proper standard.
• Check cleanliness of common areas and prepare correspondence to internal departments and external parties.
• Establish office administrative flow and filing system with compliance to SDB policy and SOP.
