JUBM GROUP is seeking a Senior Project Executive (QS) / Senior Project Executive (M&E) to support Quantity Surveying and M&E duties at our HQ in Malaysia. The role involves close supervision by SATD/ATD, attending project meetings, and assisting in training junior staff while handling final accounts and BOQ preparations.

The candidate should have a degree in QS or M&E, with at least 2 years' relevant experience in a consultancy or contracting environment, and be fluent in English and

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in a Consultancy Firm or Contractor.
• Independent and a self-starter.
• Sound knowledge of M&E/Building Services design criteria.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa.

Responsabilités

• Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision.
• Attends all Project Co‑ordination, Technical or Site Meetings.
• Assists in day‑to‑day duties on all projects handled.
• Preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations and Bills of Quantities.
• Anchor the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.
• Analysing M&E drawings and taking-off quantities for M&E scope.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents for M&E works.
• Evaluate claims and variations for M&E works.
• Finalise account for M&E scope.
