Turn To Human is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and financial aspects of mechanical and electrical works on construction projects. You will prepare bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and cost estimates, while monitoring budgets to ensure cost control.

Ideal candidates have strong numerical skills, are well-organized, and experienced with PAM/JKR/FIDIC contracts, capable of coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying and tendering.
Knowledge of PAM/JKR/FIDIC contracts.
Strong numerical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Prepare BQ, tender documents and cost estimates.
Manage project budgets and cost control.
Handle contract administration and variations.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
