Job summary

Turn To Human is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and financial aspects of mechanical and electrical works on construction projects. You will prepare bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and cost estimates, while monitoring budgets to ensure cost control.

Ideal candidates have strong numerical skills, are well-organized, and experienced with PAM/JKR/FIDIC contracts, capable of coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying and tendering.
• Knowledge of PAM/JKR/FIDIC contracts.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cost and financial aspects of mechanical and electrical works, including preparing bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, cost estimates, and monitoring project budgets to ensure effective cost control.

This position is ideal for individuals who are strong in numbers, well-organized, and have an interest in construction projects, particularly in mechanical and electrical systems.
