Job summary

10 Infinity Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end System Integration projects across networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.

You will design solutions, prepare proposals, deliver POCs, lead deployments, and provide post‑deployment support while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Strong communication, leadership, and travel willingness are essential to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in System Integration, Networking, Cybersecurity, or ICT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in solution design, technical proposals, BOQs, HLD/LLD, and project documentation.
• CCNP or equivalent certification required; Fortinet or other relevant vendor certifications are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements, project implementation, meetings, or training when required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end System Integration solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop technical proposals, solution designs, HLD/LLD, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
• Lead system implementation, integration, migration, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, project guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable IT solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies and solutions based on project requirements.
• Work with technology vendors on solution architecture, technical issues, certifications, and product updates.
• Support presales activities by providing technical consultation, solution design, and customer presentations.
• Ensure solutions are implemented according to technical requirements, project timelines, and industry best practices.
