Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Knowledge of SDLC methods: waterfall, agile, hybrid.
• Experience with complex digital services or enterprise IT frameworks.
• Degree in CS/IT/IS from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated technical competency in programming languages and development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution architecture
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications
• Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability between internal systems and external digital services
• Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance reliability, security, and scalability
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, functional specifications, system design documents, test plans)
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices; proactively identify opportunities to apply them

You’ll work with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to design robust solutions, oversee integration efforts, manage UAT, and provide technical leadership. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution architecture

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field, preferably in large enterprise or organizational environments
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Experience working on complex digital services or familiarity with enterprise IT frameworks and standards
• Strong team player who takes initiative and brings a positive attitude that motivates others
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline from a recognized university
• Demonstrated technical competency in required programming languages and development frameworks
