Job summary

Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software projects from planning through delivery in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role reports to senior management and focuses on quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage change requests, and build strong client relationships while aligning with Hitachi eBworx methodologies. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in a client facing role.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development projects, daily operations, and change requests for end-to-end implementations.
• Plan, manage, and adapt project work to meet changing needs and goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards using Hitachi eBworx methodology.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high team morale and retention.
• Lead and develop your team while coordinating with stakeholders for successful delivery.
