Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking candidates for the Project Planning & Development team in Malaysia. Roles span Executive to Manager levels, supporting design reviews, and leading full project planning and authority submissions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities scale with seniority from coordinating schedules and stakeholders to leading submissions, budget input, feasibility studies, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Architecture required.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and project management tools.
• Solid grasp of construction methods, building codes, and sustainability basics.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead project schedules, milestones, and resourcing.
• Work with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving.
• Assist with, review, or approve architectural design proposals.
• Ensure designs meet regulations and project goals.
• Help with feasibility studies (site potential, zoning, cost estimates).
• Flag risks and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare or oversee authority submissions and liaise with government agencies to secure permits.
• Support or manage project budgets with cost consultants; suggest value-engineering ideas.
• Junior levels: contribute within the team; Senior levels: lead and mentor clients and consultants.
