Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex production digitalization or smart factory transformation programs.
• Strong background within semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, IC substrate, PCB manufacturing, or comparable high-tech production environments.
• Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale production digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing sites.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: scope, budget, timelines, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Drive implementation of MES, equipment integration, automation, IoT, data analytics, and smart factory technologies.
• Coordinate global and multicultural project teams consisting of business, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and remove project roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish strong governance structures and project management best practices.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and achievements effectively to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across regions, cultures, and functions with a strong focus on execution and results.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex production digitalization or smart factory transformation programs.
• Strong background within semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, IC substrate, PCB manufacturing, or comparable high-tech production environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering international projects involving multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.

Project Management Certification

One or more of the following certifications is required:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• PMI-ACP
• IPMA Level C[SH2]/B/A
• Equivalent internationally recognized project management certification
