Job summary

Innio Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and enterprise projects from planning to completion. You will develop plans, timelines and deliverables, manage scope and budget, and coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years PM experience, with strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing technology, digital transformation or enterprise projects.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience in HR Tech, SaaS or digital solutions is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning, execution, monitoring to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, budget, resources and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular management updates.
• Identify project risks, issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
• Manage change requests and project priorities.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain proper documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
