Manulife Financial in Malaysia seeks a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end delivery while performing Business Analyst duties within our Business Management & Strategic Project Delivery portfolio. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define problems, elicit requirements, evaluate options, and drive execution to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience combining project management and business analysis, Insurance Operations knowledge preferred.
Understanding of local business, processes and risks; able to engage stakeholders.
Good understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through change management.
Elicit, analyze, and translate requirements into user stories usable by stakeholders.
Validate requirements against objectives; maintain traceability and manage scope changes.
Evaluate solution options, assess feasibility, impacts, and value; recommend best option.
Support functional teams with ad hoc requests; synthesize insights for decisions.
Coordinate regional and local project reporting with timely status updates and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and influence decisions.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
