  • Own end-to-end integration of newly acquired agencies into SSC operations - defining the target operating model, transition roadmap, governance, and value realisation plan.
  • Lead the delivery of strategic transformation programmes aligned to SEA priorities, translating strategy into clear outcomes, milestones, and measurable benefits.
  • Programme Governance and Delivery: Establish strong governance across workstreams (scope, risk, dependencies, budget, and timeline), ensuring disciplined execution and timely decisions.
  • Operating Model and Change Enablement: Design and embed new ways of working across SSC and countries, driving adoption through structured change management, communications, and training.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Influence and align regional and country leadership on scope, priorities, and trade-offs - securing sponsorship and resolving escalations quickly.
  • Continuous Improvement and Scaling: Identify opportunities to expand SSC scope and standardise delivery, building repeatable playbooks that accelerate future integrations and transformations

Job Summary:

This role is a pivotal transformation leader within the Publicis Re:Sources Southeast Asia Leadership team, partnering closely with Shared Services Center (SSC) management and key business stakeholders across Southeast Asia to shape strategic analysis, drive business transformation, and accelerate SSC impact.

You will be a trusted partner to the Publicis Re:Sources Southeast Asia Managing Director/CEO, leading high-impact strategic initiatives across the region including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Together with the Southeast Asia Managing Director/CEO, you will set direction and drive change across core SSC operations, operating model evolution, and enabling systems improvements for the SEA region.

As the regional transformation lead, you will be embedded in priority country project teams and accountable for Re:Sources oversight and delivery - spanning new agency integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, business change, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills:
  • Tools & Systems: SAP, MS Office, including Co-Pilot, Generative AI, MS Visio and MS Project or other Project Management tools
  • Solid understanding of financial operating models and SSC operations, including end-to-end process flows and key operational controls
  • Knowledge of AI and automation concepts and how they can support process improvement and change adoption
  • Finance Transformation, leading projects, and action plans are a must.
Key Relationships:
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and any issues or risks.

Work closely with the following stakeholders:

  • Southeast Asia Shared Services Managing Director
  • Southeast Asia Finance Operations (e.g. Account Payables, Account Receivables etc) and other SSC functions
  • Regional/country Chief Financial Officers
  • Media Operations
  • Global and regional IT
  • Global SSC and GPOs (Global Process Owners)
Qualifications:
  • University graduate or Business school, in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • 8 - 12 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on regional exposure
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or financial system-specific certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment or in support functions (e.g., Finance, IT) is preferred
